Prospect Park Residence has a 24-hour on-site licensed home care agency supervised by a Registered Nurse. The Director of Home Health oversees the day-to-day operation of this agency. In addition, licensed Practical Nurses are on-site 24/7 to offer medical assistance. Other services available to our residents include: on-site physician visits, physical, occupational and speech therapies, along with ophthalmologist, audiologist, podiatrist and psychologist services.

Includes daily shower, dressing and grooming, bedtime care and in-house escort to all meals and activities

Includes daily shower, dressing and grooming with bedtime care, skilled nurse medication administration, escort to all meals and activities and night checks
